A standard session lasts 30 minutes. During the procedure, it is worth getting rid of all expectations. It is a good idea to approach the process with complete confidence and allow yourself to get the most positive effect of the healing process for yourself. The results of Reconnection Healing® can be immediate, from relieving pain or various types of physical disease to achieving mental balance. During the procedure, you lie on your back with your eyes closed. The healer’s hands remain at some distance from the body. Feelings can be similar to those of other forms of energy transmission. It helps to match and synchronize the level of vibration of the client’s body with the vibration of energy, light and information from the Universum. Feelings during the healing session are very individual – it can be tingling, hot, cold, but also intense color vision, feeling of touch (even though the healer is not touching the client), smells, sounds, heaviness, rising, feeling the presence of Light Beings, Angels, Guardians. It happens that patients have visions that give them an understanding of the source of their problems, they are indications of what to do next.
